TYPES OF TOURS
- Walking/Subway/Taxi Tours do not include any taxi ride.
- Combined tours are those where during 3 or 4 hours we have a driver at our disposal, and the rest of the tour we DO NOT have a driver: we continue walking and might occasionally need a taxi/subway ride (not included in the fee).
- Chauffeured tours are delivered in private luxury car/minivan. We do not stay all the time inside the vehicle: there are opportunities to walk around as well, according to your needs.
- In Airport+Tour services, 30min are previewed for the airport transfer (no guide, driver only), then the rest of the service is tour time (driver + guide).
- Minibus Tours are chauffeured tours for a maximum of upto 9 people.
INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Entrance fees and lunch (when needed) are not included.
Taxi/subway rides are not included in walking tours.
GROUP SIZE
Our tours are private for your party only. No strangers joining your tour.
We don’t work with groups larger than 9 people.

- No Transportation fees apply if you are driving your own car (or a rental one). Note that your tourguide will NOT driver. Public transportation is not an option for guided daytrips due to the long traveling times.
- Minivan tours are delivered in private luxury car/minivan for upto 6 people.
- Minibus Tours are chauffeured tours for a maximum of upto 9 people.
INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Entrance fees and lunch (when needed) are not included.
Fees are calculated for services starting and ending in Barcelona city (if you are located in a different area, traveling expenses will be added).

What is a Fav Guide Upgrade?
A Fav Guide Upgrade is the way to secure the tourguide YOU want (as long as she’s available at the time of booking), and that you won’t be reassigned someone else later on.
Why a Fav Guide Upgrade?
Due to organizational and management reasons, there is a small chance we might have to reassign you a different tourguide other than the one we assigned you upon booking (we commit not to do that within less than 7 days before your tour date).
While we are proud of all our tourguides, and are confident that any of us can give you the amazing tour you are dreaming of, we also understand that sometimes there are clients who have a strong preference for one of us, having maybe read great reviews about her, and having their guide changed might be disappointing or even a bit concerning.
We have created the Fav Guide Upgrade to give you the peace of mind that once you’ve booked your favorite tourguide, she’s the one that will be giving you the tour no matter what.
The Fav Guide Upgrade is for you if:
Your favorite tourguide is still available for the date of your tour upon booking.
It’s been less than 5 days since you completed your booking.
You have a strong preference for one of our tourguides.
You don’t want to take any risk of having your tourguide reassigned.
You’d feel hurt, concerned or disappointed if your guide was changed.
You might even consider cancelling your tour if you didn’t get your favorite guide.
The Fav Guide Upgrade is NOT for you if:
You don’t have a favorite tourguide that you really want to have.
Your favorite tourguide isn’t available by the time you complete your booking (In other words, it is not possible to “steal” a guide from another client nor force her to open up a date in her calendar by getting the Fav Guide Upgrade)
The 5% possibility of having your guide changed doesn’t sound “risky” enough.
It wouldn’t be a big deal for you if eventually there was a guide change.
It’s been more than 5 days since you completed your booking.

Are there other ways to keep my favorite tourguide if I don’t upgrade?
There is only a 5% chance that we need to send you a different tourguide after the booking has been confirmed.
If you are booking something like a theme tour, a special tour or a daytrip out of town, the possibilities that your tourguide is changed are even more reduced. And if you are a repeat client, we’ll do our best so you can get the same guide you had again.
Nevertheless, none of these guarantees that you’ll get your favorite tourguide for sure. The only way to secure your favorite tourguide is by getting a Fav Guide Upgrade upon booking.
How does the Fav Guide Upgrade work?
Upon booking you’ll be informed of the available tourguides for your tour dates, and you’ll be able to let us know your favorite so we can assign her/him to you if available. You’ll then have 5 days counting since the moment you send us your deposit/payment to purchase your Fav Guide Upgrade. Later than that, Foreverbarcelona will understand that you are not interested in it, and we’ll be free to assign you a different tourguide if needed.
