Sightseeing and tapas, all in one tour
If you are looking for the perfect combination of sightseeing, food and drinks… this tour is ideal for you!
Our tours are private tours for your party only. No strangers joining your tours.
In 4 hours we’ll cover:
Inside visit of the Sagrada Familia Church (Towers not included)
2-3 local tapas bars
1 wine bar or cocktail place
Tour is available Mon-Sun.
Monday and Sunday are the weakest days as most bars chose one or the other for their day off.
In August many bars are closed for holidays: the tour can still be run, but the bar variety won’t be as exciting…
Recommended starting times: Noon (for lunchtime tours) or 5pm (for dinner tours)
Transportation: Walking tour (or short taxi/subway ride from Sagrada Família to Passeig de Gràcia if you prefer to skip the 15min stroll across the Eixample).

Sagrada Família Church. We’ll start visiting the inside of this Gaudí’s Masterpiece, where he worked the last 43 years of his life until his death in 1926. Still a work in process, it’s scheduled to be completed by 1926-30 aprox. Yet the inside is the most breathtaking place you’ve ever seen! The tour will be kind of light, and we’ll be there for about 1h.
Then we’ll walk 15min accross the Eixample district and the Diagonal avenue towards the city center. On the way we’ll be passing a couple of interesting modernist buildings by other architects of the time.
Tapas. Once near Passeig de Gràcia, we’ll visit 2-3 different tapas bars, drinking some wine and eating some delicious tapas. Expect to eat 2-4 different tapas in each place. Tapas plates can be small as appetizers or big as a starter. We’ll order several in each place and share. Come with an empty stomach!
Drinks. The last stop will be a wine bar or an old-school cocktail place, as you prefer.
WHY FOOD & DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED?
Some people are adventurous eaters, while some other would rather stay in their safe comfort area; some love expensive wines, while other prefer beer. This tour should be a treat for you, so it doesn’t make sense that we make you eat a set tapas menu for a certain amount per person. It’s way more fun if you can chose every time what you want to eat and drink.
