About the call date and time
- Foreverbarcelona reserves the right to change the date/time of the meeting within 48 hours after the booking has been completed. In such case, the client would be contacted to agree on a different date/time that fits both parties.
- If the client and Foreverbarcelona couldn’t agree on a date/time that was convenient for both parties, full refund will be given.
- No refund will apply if the client cancels the call less than 48 hours in advance.
About the contact details
- The client is responsible for providing a valid username/email for the platform of their choice to Foreverbarcelona upon booking.
About the call duration
- The call is booked for 60 minutes.
- If the client doesn’t accept our request to join the call and/or doesn’t show up at the appointed time, no refund will be given.
- If the client is late for the appointment, the session will still end at the appointed ending time.
- No second call will be scheduled if the client decided to end the call before the 60 minutes are over.
About the call pricing
- If the client ends up booking a tour and the call lasted less than 30 minutes, the full €60 cost of the call will be used as credit towards their booking payment.
- If the client ends up booking a tour and the call lasted less 30 to 60 minutes, €30 will be applied as credit to their booking, and the rest will be kept as payment of the extra long call supplement.
- If the client doesn’t end up booking and the call lasted less than 30 minutes, €30 will be refunded, and the rest will be kept as payment for the call.
- If the client doesn’t end up booking and the call lasted 30 to 60 minutes, no refund will be given.
About the call content
- The price of the Consultancy Session entitles the customer to enjoy one online consultancy with Marta Laurent.
- By participating in this consulting session, you acknowledge that although Marta is a licensed professional, she is unable to conduct the extensive analysis that she would in an in-person setting. Therefore, the advice provided in the consulting session is not substitute for working with a travel agent or booking a guided tour.
- It is strictly forbidden to record the call, but you are encouraged to take notes. You can request to be sent a PDF summarizing the points discussed for a non-refundable not-credit-usable fee.
