Virtual Tours Description
- The cost of our virtual tours is per person, with a minimum number of attendants specific for each type of virtual tour.
- The duration of our virtual tours is 30 minutes, unless otherwise agreed with the client (additional fees might apply).
- Virtual tours will be delivered via Zoom or equivalent technology chosen by ForeverBarcelona. You understand that they are third party resources and ForeverBarcelona does not have full control over their performance.
- We are happy to use an alternative technology provided by the client. If that increased our production costs, such additional costs will be itemized in the tour quote and charged to the client upon booking.
- Client is responsible of having their own high speed internet access in order to receive the virtual tour.
- ForeverBarcelona will provide a unique access link for the number of attendants booked. It is possible to add more attendants until 1 hour before the tour starts, by paying for their extra ticket.
- It is prohibited to record the virtual tour without ForeverBarcelona express consent. When ForeverBarcelona has given explicit consent for the recording, a copy of the recording will be provided to ForeverBarcelona within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. It’s strictly prohibited to use such recordings for commercial use.
