Located in the upscale town of Sant Cugat, at the foot of the Collserola hills, Club de Golf Sant Cugat is the closest golf club to Barcelona. It is the oldest golf club in Spain remaining in its original spot, since 1914. 60 years later made his debut here the Spanish champion Severiano Ballesteros at at 17. Jose Maria Olazabal and Sergio Garcia also played here in their early years. This golf club is perfect for those wanting to combine their exploration of the Barcelona city sites with some golf time in a very local athmoshere.

Club de Golf Vallromanes

Real Club de Golf El Prat
This golf club was founded in 1912 as “Barcelona Golf Club”, and was granted the title of “royal” by king Alphonse XIII. The first golf club founded in Barcelona, it moved to a new location in El Prat de Llobregat in 1954, when the club name was changed to Real Club de Golf El Prat. However, the construction of a new runway in the nearby airport of Barcelona forced them to move to its current location at the foot of the Sant Llorenç de Munt mountains in 1997. The club has hosted 10 times the Open de España, and it’s the club with the largest number of awards in Europe.

Real Club de Golf Cerdanya

Real Club de Golf Cerdanya was founded in 1929, and it’s one of the 10 oldest clubs in the country. King Alphonse XIII awarded them the title of Royal during the inauguration of the club.
