This is a sample itinerary for our Private Priorat Wine Tour.
Final itinerary and timings might vary due to many factors (cellar availability, traffic conditions, your location and pace, your main interests…)

8.30AM

  • TOUR STARTS

DRIVE TO THE PRIORAT

Getting outside of the city

  • Drive

Your private tour guide and your driver will pick you up at your location in Barcelona city and drive you past the suburbs of Barcelona, the vineyards of the Penedes area, and the Tarragona fields all the way to the Priorat county.

It’s a long ride, so you’ll be stopping at least once on the way for a quick coffee and toilet.

  • Arrive to the Cellar

WINE CELLAR

Vineyards and barrels

  • Walk
Arrive to Priorat and join the winery owner at the vineyard to admire the magnificent views over the vineyards and learn about the region and its wine-making tradition from a real local. After that, head to the winery to visit the venue and enjoy a great wine tasting.

  • Drive to the restaurant

TRADITIONAL LUNCH

Time to Eat!

1.30PM

After the cellar, enjoy a traditional lunch at a genuine local restaurant. After lunch there will be some time to walk around the village and enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

DRIVE BACK TO BARCELONA

Wrapping up...

Back to the car, you’ll be able to use the ride to discuss the day with your guide, ask questions or get recommendations for the rest of your stay. Or if you prefer, take a nap to help you digest all the food and wine!

6.30PM

  • TOUR ENDS

At the end of the tour, you’ll be dropped off back to your hotel or apartment, after a great day out of town.
