TOUR FAQ

• THIS PRIVATE DAY TOUR RUNS: Every day (unless a site is exceptionally closed).
  SOME SITES CLOSED:
  – Monday: the Picasso Museum and the Miro Foundation are closed, and the Boqueria Market is only partially open.
  – Sunday: no visits are allowed in the Cathedral of the Old City, the Boqueria Market is closed, and the Miro Foundation closes after 3PM. Plus the first Sunday of every month is open-door day in the Picasso museum and tours are not allowed: we’ll offer alternatives to chose from according to your interests.

• CITY TOURS LENGHT: 8 hours + 4 hours.
• RECOMMENDED STARTING TIME:
  FULL DAY: Anytime between 9AM and 10AM
  HALF DAY:
  • Morning tours: Anytime between 9AM and 11AM
  • Afternoon tours: Anytime between 1PM and 3PM
• WHERE DO WE MEET? Your accommodation within the city limits, or a more suitable point depending on the itinerary. If you booked a driver for the day, Sants Train Station or the Cruise Pier can also be an option.
• WHERE DO WE END? The last visited site. Or if you booked a driver for the day, your chosen point within the city limits.
• IS THERE A LUNCH STOP? Only on the full day. If you think you’ll need to stop for lunch during the half day, please book one extra hour.
• HOW DO WE MOVE AROUND? Your choice: either a combination of walking and taxis, or by Mercedes car or minivan for upto 6 of you + guide & dedicated driver.
• IS THERE A DRESS CODE? To enter the Cathedral of Saint Eulalia you need to cover your shoulders and your skirt or pants must be long to your knee. The dress code at the Sagrada Familia Church isn’t usually too strict, but they have occasionally banned access to people wearing short shorts (closer to their butts than to their knees), deep plunging necklines or open backs.
• IS THIS A SKIP-THE-LINE TOUR? Yes! Our guides are licensed and entitled to skip lines and give explanations inside all sites.
• CAN WE CLIMB THE STAIRS AT SAGRADA FAMILIA? Only upon request. Click here to learn more about how it works, what’s allowed and what’s not.
• THE 2 DAYS NEED TO BE CONSECUTIVE? Not at all: Book your tours for whatever dates work best for you, even if they are weeks apart (like one day before departing on a cruise and the other day when you are back).
