We thoroughly enjoyed our Private Full Day tour with Miriam as our guide. She is knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Carlos and Miriam met us at the pier at the agreed upon time to begin our full day touring Barcelona. We started with a panoramic tour, as Carlos drove us through the city, Miriam described each important site responding to any questions we asked. When we arrived at La Sagrada Familia, it was very busy, Miriam whisked us to the entrance and without delay we were inside viewing this magnificent church designed by gaudi. Miriam communicated throughout the day to Carlos our driver, who arrived without delay to drive us to the next site. We continued our city tour as we were driven to Park Guell, and again although the lines were long we immediately entered and began our tour. We saw Casa Mila then stopped at a restaurant where Miriam introduced us to delicious tapas, pinchos, paella, sangria and cava. We next had a walking tour along La Rambla and through the Gothic Quarter. We were amazed as we walked through La Boqueria at the displays of fresh produce, meats, fish and candy. At the end of the day Carlos returned us to the pier where we hugged Miriam goodbye with hopes of seeing her and Barcelona again.

We are a family of 5 who visited Barcelona after a long cruise. We needed a tour that would take us to all the highlights but allow us to rest in an air-conditioned car. We chose the full day chauffeured tour. Although it is more expensive, it was worth it for our family with a kid who happened to have a fever that day. Alse, we saw a non-licensed van get pulled over by police. Begoña was the best!! She is very knowledgeable and at the same time, friendly and easy going. If you are going in the summer with kids, and have the means, spend the money for the full day van and ask for Begoña!

It was a pleasure working with Roser via email to develop a unique tour to fit our entire family (both vegetarian daughter and elderly mother with some mobility limitations). Picked up in an air con Merc, Marta took us to the hot spots of Barcelona in style! What she doesn’t know about the beautiful city isn’t worth knowing and clearly she is proudly Barcelonian. Tips for eating spots and almost instant access to Gaudi’s cathedral saving us lining up for 2 hrs paid for her fee twice over. The whole days was simply relaxing information and gave us the foundation information for the rest of our stay!
