IF YOUR COMPANY IS ATTENDING THE MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS, YOU’LL NEED TRANSPORTATION
The MWC takes place in two interconnected areas of Barcelona: Fira I (Plaça Espanya) and Fira II (Gran Via). It’s too far to walk between them. There’s a suburban train (FGC) connecting them in a few minutes, but you are tied to its schedule and possible service interruptions or even strikes. There’s two metro lines (L1 and L3) taking you to Fira 1 from the city center, but L9S and L10 taking you to Fira 2 go nowhere near the city center and one or two connections are required – a huge waste of time. Plus there’s no direct connections with the airport.
And sure, the MWC organization sets up a shuttle bus between Fira 1 and Fira 2, but expect long lines and crowded buses. Same goes for taxis: during the MWC dates it’s not just very stressful to find a taxi available in the congress surroundings, but also in the rest of the city.
Having your private MWC transportation will remove the stress and make everything flow smoothly. From picking you up at the airport (our driver will help with your luggage), to taking you from your hotel to the Congress, and between Congress locations, and to meetings in other locations, then on to dinner and back to the hotel. Your driver will always be available for you, waiting on the designated parking lot for private drivers at the MWC, or outside the hotel, restaurant or meeting location. MWC TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE AND CONDITIONS
- Our packages include a 3-day service (up to 8 hours/day). Additional days and extra hours can be added on request.

EXCLUSIONS:
- Tolls (within 40km / 25 miles radius from Barcelona only Sitges requires a toll)
- Mileage for rides to locations outside 40km / 25 miles radius from Barcelona.
- Extra hours or additional days.
MWC CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% down payment is required to secure our services.
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the first booked service: 50% will be kept as cancellation fee.
- No refund is given for cancellations 6 to 0 days before the first booked service (100% is kept as cancellation fee).
NEED TRANSPORTATION BEFORE OR AFTER THE MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS?
Our packages apply between February 25th and March 2nd, both included. If you need private transportation before or after these dates, discounted prices apply to them, and they will be applied our more flexible usual Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

Airport transfer is a cost per ride.
MWC Transportation packages include 3 days, up to 12 hours/day. Possibility of adding additional days or extra hours.
