Picasso Museum tour

PICASSO MUSEUM PRIVATE TOUR  --  Permanent Collection

Located in a pedestrian alley of the Born district, occupying 5 medieval mansions, this museum will show you the Picasso you didn’t know about: his early years in Málaga, La Coruña and Barcelona, and his beginnings in Paris (from the Blue Period to the start of the Cubism). The end of the museum is dedicated to Las Meninas series – a wonderful exponent of the end of the life of the artist.

After visiting this museum, you’ll have a more solid background to understand the other works by Picasso from a new point of view.

Park Guell Tour

PRIVATE GAUDI PARK GUELL WALKING TOUR

Hear about its promotor, the Count Eusebi Güell - best friend and patron of Gaudi, and second richest person in Spain in the early 1900's. Gaudi's understanding of what comfort means, including ventilation and sunlight for instance, and his tricks to achieve it will blow your mind..
.
Optional access to the Modernist Living Room.

PRIVATE CASA MILA TOUR (LA PEDRERA) BY GAUDI

Gaudi's second project in Passeig de Gracia was even more controversial, and not even the owners were happy with his design. Learn about the quarrels he had with the Mila, and how he nevertheless imposed his brilliant ideas.

TAILOR YOUR EXPRESS TOUR TO YOUR UNIQUE NEEDS

This short private tour of Barcelona is perfect for people with focused interests, little time or a small budget.

If you are traveling with kids, this tour is a good choice because they’ll get to learn but won’t have time to get overwhelmed or exhausted.

If you have walking issues or are on a wheelchair, let us know in advance. Sites such as Park Guell, Casa Batllo and La Pedrera involve several short flights of steps that can be skipped but the itinerary will have to be altered and might require more time (or shorter explanations). I’m afraid the Sagrada Familia Towers (optional anyway) won’t be an option for you.

If you’d rather tour longer, consider adding an extra 30 minutes to spend more time exploring your chosen site. Or if your budget allows, go for a 4-hr tour that includes your chosen site and a few more.

If you are on a cruise-ship,  remember that you’ll be given a convenient meeting point at your requested site (it should be easy to find a taxi at the pier to take you there). Pier pick-up and drop-off are not available for this tour.

If you are more than one day in Barcelona, we’ll be happy to customize other tours for you that don’t overlap with this one. Did you know we also offer food tours and day trips out of town?
