- Type of card: our system only accepts Visa or MasterCard. If you used a different card, such as American Express, please try again with a different card.
- Security filters: some credit cards have strong security filters that might block online payments, specially when they are high amounts sent to a foreign country – which is our case. We suggest you call your credit card company and your bank to white-list our website so your payment is authorized.
How will you know when your payment is finally successful?
When your transaction is correctly completed, you’ll be taken to a Thank You page AND you’ll also receive an automated email confirming your payment.
