The front desk was not helpful and had "no personality" upon check in ir during our stay. Thanks God breakfast experience made the whole difference. Augus and Javi knew "how to smile" and how to be pleasant. Front Desk staff would not acknowledge when people were waiting to be helped and at instances I just stood in there while two clercks were having a conversation about personal matters ( I say personal matters because I speak fluent spanish and I understood the whole thing ). The bathroom is what I disliked the most. The tub has no safety mat and it is very slippery when wet. Also there is a "shelf" inside the tub on the right shower that hit my arm and shoulder every time I shower. Also why would you have inside the shower: Shower Gel/Shampoo/Body Lotion - instead of a Conditioner??? I am glad I did not put body lotion in my hair after the shampoo HAHA.
There was a lot of noise outside my door on our first day ( I was not informed of it ). Very good for overall price.
