Drac is the company Chatbot. It’s not a human, but Marta has configured it to be warm and helpful just like the rest of our team.

Its avatar is inspired in the dragon fountain of Park Guell, one of our most favorite places in Barcelona. And actually, its name “Drac” means dragon in Catalan.
