Reviews of our Barcelona Day Trip to Costa Brava

Our second tour was a tour of the Calella and Begur areas. Javier confessed this was not his expertise but took a recon trip in advance and, with the help of our driver Marco (a local) treated us to a great day exploring beautiful beach towns and spectacular walks along the coast, capped off with great lunch in Calella at Hotel Terramar. Javier was a delight. His warmth and friendliness charmed us all.

Our second day in Barcelona was spent with SANDRA, traveling by mini-bus up the Costa Brava region of Spain. Sandra was wonderful as well, with great English and a wonderful presentation of all of the little seaside towns, their history and other attractions we saw that day.

This was our 2nd time in Barcelona and we knew exactly who we wanted to tour with… Marta from Foreverbarcelona! We did 2 tours with her. The first tour took us on a fullday tour of the Costa Brava. She was waiting for us when we arrived at our meeting place 5-10 minutes early that our scheduled time. The van and driver were great! The sites she took us to were worth the visit and if we ever visit Spain again, I know we will go back and enjoy more time in each of the 3 locations we visited.
