We’ve been talking to customers frequently throughout this difficult and uncertain time and have paid close attention to their feelings and feedback.

Our customers are anxious and apprehensive, yet they’re also seeking something to look forward to in post-quarantine life.

That’s why we’ve introduced our new Flexible Booking Policy to give you total peace of mind so you can confidently book your next trip with ForeverBarcelona whilst eliminating any risk.

You choose at no extra charge from either our Full Flex or Ultimate Flex booking options depending on what YOU feel comfortable with.

We want you to have clarity in where you stand with us going forwards and allow you to feel totally comfortable about changing your mind.

Both of our FLEX options give you freedom from financial worry or tie-in by allowing you to delay your departure and transfer your payment to another date of your choice, free of charge*.

Both Full Flex and Ultimate Flex allow you to change your booking date with ForeverBarcelona.

The level of flexibility is entirely up to you and which payment option you choose.

Full Flex and Ultimate Flex will apply to all new and existing reservations made for holidays that start from 1 May 2020 onwards.

Please note that we will ask your whole group to make changes as a group. Changes of number of people, tour package and transportation means might require a re-price of the booked tour.

FULL FLEX

To secure your booking for any tour of your choice, right now a deposit of just 75 per tour/service is all that’s required.

Where the €75 deposit has been paid and you wish to amend your booking, the following terms apply:

Changes you can make under Full Flex:

  • The tour dates 
  • The tour package (you can move to an alternative tour entirely)
  • The number of people on the tour
  • The chosen transportation means

Under Full Flex, you are able to change your booking unlimited times within the 24 months following your original tour date. Changes need to be communicated no later than 30 days before the departure date. Your new tour date does not need to be within those 24 months, but you’ll lose the ability to change dates after the 24 months are completed, unless you upgrade to Ultimate Flex.

If you don’t know when your new travel dates will be, you can ask us to put your tour on hold. Your deposit will expire 24 months after your original tour date if you don’t contact us to set up a new tour date.

You can transfer your deposit to another person by letting us know by email. The validity of the deposit will remain the same 24 months after your original tour date.

Once your new tour has been confirmed, we will of course send you the new information by email so you have a full copy of the details.

After confirmation, the balance of the tour will be invoiced to you and payable 30 days before the new tour start date.

ULTIMATE FLEX

You will be eligible for Ultimate Flex terms if you have paid for your tour in full, either:

  1. At the time of booking, or 
  2. By deposit and balance installments.

Changes you can make under Ultimate Flex:

  • The tour dates 
  • The tour package (you can move to an alternative tour entirely)
  • The number of people on the tour
  • The chosen transportation means

When you choose Ultimate Flex, you are free to make an unlimited number of changes

We ask that you make these changes as soon as possible and at the very latest 25 days prior to the tour departure date. 

Other than that, there is no time limit and your payment will never expire, even if you put your tour on hold without a date in firm. 

After each change, we’ll send you the new tour information by email so you have a full copy of the details.

In cases where you are changing to a higher priced tour / year / season, we ask that the remaining balance is paid in full at the time of the change. 

In cases where you are changing to a lower priced tour / year / season, a credit voucher will be issued for the difference in price. This voucher has a 36 months validity and can be gifted to another person of your choice if you decide not to travel within that period.

We want to credit and thank 10xTravel, Grasshopper Adventures and More Mountain for creating the 10Flex Flexible Booking Policy and allowing us to use it.

Full Flex entitles you to make unlimited free-of-charge amendments to your original booking, including date and other tour details (itinerary, number of people, transportation means) up to 30 days before the departure date, within 2 years (24 months) of your original tour date. 

After these 24 months, you cannot change dates again unless you pay the remaining balance in full to upgrade to Ultimate Flex.

Ultimate Flex entitles you to make unlimited free-of-charge amendments to your original bookings, including date, itinerary, number of people and transportation means up to 25 days before the departure date. No time limit applies: your payment never expires.

Full Flex requires that you reschedule your trip within 24 months of your original departure date.

Ultimate Flex requires does not have a time limit. Your payment never expires.

FULL FLEX

The €75 deposit is non-refundable, so rather than cancelling we encourage you to change your tour date so no money is wasted.

Under Full Flex, you can do that within the 24 months following your original departure date (as long as we are notified at least 30 days in advance). 

Should you decide to completely cancel your trip with us our standard cancellation policy applies – and you might only be entitled to partial refunds.

ULTIMATE FLEX

Our standard cancellation policy only entitles you to partial refunds. That’s why we encourage you to change your tour date so no money is wasted.

Rembember that with Ultimate Flex your payment never expires.

Another option is to transfer your payment to a voucher and gift it to another person of your choice if you decide not to travel. For further terms and guidance on using credit vouchers, please refer to I have a credit voucher, how do I use it?

For Full Flex, please let us know up to 30 days before your arrival date. At this point you can either notify us immediately of your new preferred departure date at the time of amendment or request us to put your tour on hold, if you don’t know your future travel dates.

For Ultimate Flex, please let us know up to days before your departure date. At this point you can either notify us immediately of your new preferred departure date at the time of amendment or request us to put your tour on hold, if you are uncertain of when you’ll be able to travel.

Yes! Both Full Flex and Ultimate Flex allow you to transfer your booking to another date or tour package, and change the number of people or transportation means of your choice with no penalty.

That’s no problem! If the tour or departure date to which you are moving is a higher price* than the tour you are moving from, then:

  • With Full Flex – your deposit will be re-allocated to the new booking as a deposit in full against the total value of the new tour, and we will then issue a new invoice for the balance of the tour, payable 30 days before the new tour start date.
  • With Ultimate Flex – Payment of the difference will be required at the time of the change.

If the tour or departure date to which you are moving is a lower price* than the tour you are moving from, 

  • With Full Flex – Your deposit will be re-allocated to the new booking as a deposit in full against the total value of the new tour, and we will then issue a new invoice for the balance of the tour, payable 30 days before the new tour start date.
  • With Ultimate Flex – The price difference will remain in your deposit account, to be used by you in the future. You can also transfer it to another person of your choice. This deposit will not expire until it is used.
* That includes when the price of the same tour is different depending on the year or season. The published tour price at the time of re-booking will be the price that applies.
