BOOKINGS PRE-CORONAVIRUS

All tours booked for 2020 have been cancelled. No tours are being conducted at the moment.

NEW BOOKINGS

We will start taking new bookings as soon as museums and sites start reopening.

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES

We are implementing the safety measures and information protocols issued by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

PRIVATE TOURS ARE SAFER

No mixing up with strangers. Our guides know all the tricks to avoid crowds and keep you safe and comfortable.

CHAUFFEURED TOURS

Drivers will wear masks and globes during the entire service, and passengers are required masks inside the vehicles. Sanitizing gel will be available and vehicle capacities will be reduced.

HEADSETS AVAILABLE

Single-use radio headset devices will be made available to allow each guest to keep the social distancing of their choice, while continuing to hear their tour guide.

OTHER SAFETY MEASURES

We encourage our guests to use their own masks and sanitizing gel, and wash their hands regularly on tour, as well as avoid physical contact as much as possible.
Other safety measures might be required by museums and sites when they start opening. This page will be updated as we become aware of the new policies.

UPDATE ON OUR TEAM

WE ARE ALL SAFE AND SOUND

Everyone in our team and our families are safe and sound so far.

OUR TOUR GUIDES

All our tour guides are freelancers and have been granted a government help for as long as the state of alarm lasts. The ones with young kids have also been granted a small one-time payment from the Catalan government. We are all connected and sharing information on new grants being released.

OUR ADMIN TEAM

Roser, our Bookings Manager and only employee, had a seasonal contract that could be discontinued when needed. Thanks to this, she's been able to receive unemployment benefits.
Silvia, our virtual assistant, is a freelancer and continues to collaborate with us until the last package of hours we booked with her is used up. She's also been able to access the government help until the state of alarm ends.
Oriol, Marta's husband and in charge of site tickets is planning to focus fulltime on his career as a primary school teacher.

HEADSETS AVAILABLE

Single-use radio headset devices will be made available to allow each guest to keep the social distancing of their choice, while continuing to ear their tour guide.

OTHER SAFETY MEASURES

We encourage our guides and guests to use their own masks and sanitizing gel, and wash their hands regularly on tour.

HOW TO SUPPORT US

We are grateful for having guests that we can consider old friends, like you. We love making you fall in love with Barcelona and help you creating memories you’ll treasure forever.

Unfortunately, these are difficult times for the tourism industry. Colleagues and competitors alike are struggling, many probably never coming back into business – specially those who started giving tours more recently… But that’s not us. Our guides have years of experience and their love for Barcelona and passion for sharing our land has remained intact, if not grown.

We are decided to hibernate for several months if needed, and get ready to come back stronger and better. We dream of being back to the streets and guide you around. Will you help us survive?
