FEES & PAYMENT
At the moment we are NOT offering special discounts to travel agents/agencies: our fees remain those stated in our website. They are not negotiable and not commissionable (but you are free to add up your own part to the final price you give to your client).
We need full payment in order to confirm your booking and secure a guide for you.
You are welcome to book your tours directly online via our booking engine paying by credit card and getting an immediate confirmation, or via email to discuss the tour details and eventually pay online via a secure link from our website.We also accept bank transfers at least 10 days prior to the tour date, as long as you take care of any bank commission. Paypal is also an option but we’ll add a 4.5% fee to cover Paypal commissions. Check our cancellation policy.
GROUP SIZE
We specialize in small groups of no more than 9 people.
We might exceptionally be able to accept upto 14 people, but in such cases you will need to arrange site reservations if you wish that your clients enter monuments such as the Casa Milà/Pedrera or the Picasso Museum among other. We can provide their contact e-mails if needed.
We only offer site reservation services for Park Guell and Sagrada Familia, as long as tickets are paid in advance.
Such sites must always be booked in advanced (either by us or by you) because tickets sell out and otherwise we wouldn't be able to guarantee access, even if our guides are fully licensed and can skip lines everywhere.
TRANSPORTATION
We organize walking tours, subway / taxi tours and chauffeured tours.
We are open to work with the driver company of your choice, or we can arrange chauffeured tours with our own usual collaborators.
The company we work with provides new, clean, air-conditioned:
- E Class Mercedes cars for couples
- Viano Minivans for groups upto 6 people + guide
- Luxury minibuses for larger groups. In some cases we might suggest 2 minivans instead of 1 minibus.

- Marta Laurent Veciana is the ultimate person responsible for ForeverBarcelona data treatment, but it can be handled by other members of the ForeverBarcelona Admin team.
- The data you submit via contact form will be used to reply to your enquiry as well as to generate statistics that help us understand better our public, their needs and our performance and identify ways to better serve our customers.
- By sending this contact form you are giving ForeverBarcelona permission to treat the personal and travel data provided in your email communications.
- Your data are stored in the apps described in our privacy policy. We only use services that comply with the current regulations and ensure adequate protection of your data.
- You have the right to access, modify and delete your data. We might not be able provide our services to you without having access to certain personal and travel data.
