Information for Travel Agents. Please read before contacting us!

:ar: At the moment we are NOT offering special discounts to travel agents/agencies: our fees remain those stated in our website. They are not negotiable and not commissionable (but you are free to add up your own part to the final price you give to your client).

:ar: We need a deposit (to be calculated depending on the total amount for the booked tours) to be sent through a Paypal link we provide in order to secure our services. No guide/time slot will be held until a deposit has been sent.
Deposits are non-refundable. You can learn more about them here.

:ar: The balance can be paid either:
- cash (by the client) on the day of the tour, in euro.
- bank transfer (by you or the client) at least 10 days prior to the tour date. All bank commissions/fees must be paid by you.
- Paypal (by you or the client) at least 2 days prior to the tour date. An additional cost to cover possible Paypal expenses might apply.

:ar: We specialize in small groups of no more than 9 people. We might exceptionally be able to accept upto 14 people, but in such cases you will need to arrange site reservations if you wish that your clients enter monuments such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà/Pedrera or the Picasso Museum amongst other. We do not offer site reservation services, but can provide you their contact e-mails.

:ar: We are open to work with the driver company of your choice, or we can arrange tours with our own usual collaborators.
