MINIBUS HIRE FAQ

• HOW MANY PASSENGERS DO YOUR MINIBUSES TAKE? Our private minibuses have room for 14 passengers + guide or additional passenger + driver. 
• HOW DOES AN AIRPORT PICK-UP WORK? Bus drivers are not allowed to leave the bus at the airport. We’ll send you the bus parking number and detailed instructions to get from the Arrivals Gate to the Private Bus Parking (right underneath), as well as a phone number in case you needed to contact the driver. You can optionally add a hostess or tour guide service, so there’s someone that comes greeting you at the Arrivals gate, escort you to the bus and give you an introduction to the city during the ride.
• HOW DOES A CRUISE PICK-UP WORK? Bus drivers are not allowed to leave the bus at the pier, but all the buses stand in line at the exit of the Terminal. Your bus will have a sign with your name (or your group name) on it, so you can easily recognize it as you walk down the pier. You can optionally add a hostess or tour guide service so there’s someone waiting for you at the Terminal exit, to lead you to the bus and give you an introduction to the city during the ride.
• HOW DOES A TOUR WORK? All our sightseeing city tours by bus include a licensed guide service. Your guide will provide interesting commentary during the rides, take care of the logistics to enter the visited sites, and give explanations inside the sites as well. The group can have some free time at certain stops on request. Please bear in mind that the chauffeured itineraries in our website (other than those specifically designed as minibus tours) are conceived to the speed and freedom of movement of smaller minivans: in most cases, a minibus will require more time to cover an itinerary than a minivan. In the case of day trips out of town, we’ll discuss with you the convenience of having a tour guide or not, depending on your chosen destination/s.
• DOES THE DRIVER GIVE EXPLANATIONS DURING THE RIDES? Absolutely not. While our drivers speak English, they are not trained to give explanations. Furthermore, the Spanish law requires drivers not to be distracted so they can focus on the road and drive safely. Drivers also must stay in their vehicle while you are at the sites, and they are not allowed to show you around: you’ll visit on your own. If you wish to have explanations and someone to show you around, you’ll need to hire our tour guide services.
• CAN YOU ALSO ARRANGE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS? Yes. Reservation management fees apply. Consult us. Also, bear in mind that most restaurants don’t let large groups eat à la carte. You’ll have to chose a set group menu and their prices usually the simplest ones start from 30€/person and above. 
• NON-GUIDED SERVICES DISCLAIMER. When no tour guide or hostess service has been hired, you are ultimately responsible for getting back to the car at the agreed time, or you’ll risk being charged extra hours if you are late.
